"Totally Worth It Before My Flight"
I had some time to kill before my flight, so I decided to stop by XpresSpa for a massage, i’m really glad I did. My shoulders were a mess from traveling and carrying bags around, and the therapist somehow found all the tight spots right away. It didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated, especially in an airport setting. The place was clean, checking in was simple, and I walked out feeling so much more relaxed than when I went in. It’s definitely airport pricing, so not exactly cheap, but I still left feeling like it was worth it. I’d definitely do it again if I had a long layover

"Honestly, just too pricey for me"
I mean... it’s not terrible or anything, but for the price, I just didn’t feel like it was worth it. Maybe it works for other people, but for me, yeah, I’d probably pass next time.

I got my nails done at xpresspa before my flight, i’m glad I did. I know getting a manicure at the airport might seem a little extra, but I had time to kill and my nails were looking rough, so I figured why not. The tech was really friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed, even though they were busy.
The polish came out clean, my cuticles looked neat, and it actually lasted longer than I expected. For an airport spot, I thought the price was fair, especially since it saved me from trying to squeeze in an appointment somewhere else. I’d definitely go back if I had extra time before a flight

"Walk-in worked, but don’t count on it"
I showed up without a booking and luckily got in just fine. That said, I wouldn’t assume it’ll always work out, if you’re going at a busy time, it’s probably safer to book ahead.

"Nice staff, but the whole visit flew by"
The staff were friendly, so no complaints there. But the visit felt super rushed, like I blinked and suddenly it was over. I wouldn’t say it was a disaster, but it definitely had that chaotic, in-and-out energy

"I went in thinking I could, you..."
I went in thinking I could, you know, relax a bit before my flight, but it just didn’t feel calm at all. Everything felt kind of rushed, there was a lot of noise, and the service was a little awkward. The chair wasn’t comfortable either, so yeah, I ended up leaving more annoyed than relaxed. I don’t think I’d go back.

"Felt a bit off when I was already pressed for time"
I thought this would be a convenient quick stop at the airport, but something felt off from the start. The location wasn’t easy to find, and once I got there, the wait was way longer than I expected. The staff seemed busy and kind of confused, which didn’t help when I was already watching the clock. I wouldn’t risk missing a flight for a massage here

The staff were friendly enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the wait was way longer than it should’ve been. It kind of dragged down the whole experience. Service was just okay overall

"Quick stop before my flight"
I popped in before my flight and was able to get in quickly. The massage started right on time, and the staff was efficient without making me feel rushed. There was a small wait at checkout, which felt kind of unnecessary, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall it was a good experience...

I picked a time that worked for me, went through checkout, and then the appointment slots weren’t the same anymore. Not exactly the smoothest start.

The massage itself was actually really good, and I left feeling relaxed. That said, they were pushy about trying to sell extras and upgrades, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. Just a heads up if you go, be prepared to say no a few times...

I had some time to kill before my flight and got in way faster than I expected. I barely waited at all, so I’m not really sure what people complain about. The staff kept things moving, and the whole thing felt easy and stress-free...

"Service was fine, but nothing special"
I had an okay visit overall, but the customer service felt a little hit or miss. One person was really friendly, while another seemed like they were in a hurry and didn’t really want to help much. It wasn’t bad exactly, just not very welcoming. Weirdly, I remember they had this tiny wobbly plant by the counter that I kept staring at while I waited. For what I paid, I guess I expected the service to feel a bit more attentive.

The service was okay overall, but the staff didn’t come across as very professional. They seemed distracted and not especially polite, and I felt rushed the whole time. What frustrated me most was that I made a basic request and it was basically ignored, which made the whole experience feel awkward

I booked this hoping it would be a relaxing experience, but the place just didn’t feel very clean. I can’t say for sure how often they clean or anything, but the chair had some crumbs on it, the table seemed kind of sticky, and the bathroom didn’t look great to me. Maybe I just came at a bad time, but I couldn’t really relax because I kept noticing little things. I probably wouldn’t go back...
